We rent our lovely holiday apartments, completely furnished and with all kinds of accessories, for longer or shorter periods, located in the luxury facility Portico Mar. The apartment complex is located "front line" of Las Dunas de Guardamar, only a 5-minute walk to a lovely, wide and 20km long sandy beach just outside the town of Guardamar del Segura, about 25 minutes south of the airport of Alicante (El Altet) or approx. 35 minutes north of the airport of Murcia (San Javier).

Rental rates are from € 300 to € 700 per week depending on apartment, number of persons, time of year, the number of weeks. For long term rentals, two months or more, a special price can be negotiated.

Rental Terms:

1. Rental Rate

   Rental price depends on time of year, the number of people and length of rental period and are given in each case in advance.
   Rental price includes unlimited water consumption, but included power consumption is limited up to 150 kWh pr. week. The power meter is read at the beginning and end of the lease. Power consumption beyond 150 kWh pr. week costs 30 cents pr. kWh to be paid at the end of the lease. Internet access is free.
   Mandatory final cleaning costs between € 65 and € 100, depending on the number of people/size of apartment. Final cleaning also includes wash of one set of linens per tenat, in addition to the cleaning of the apartment. Tenants must wash towels and used kitchen equipment and empty all waste in the correct containers before departure.

2. Payment terms

   Once the lease is agreed, you will receive a confirmation which also serves as lease and invoice. As deposit and the first part of the payment, 50% of the invoice amount are to be paid within a week after ordering - tenancy is then binding on both parties. The remaining 50% is paid according to individual agreement.

3. Cancellation

   If the cancellation is covered by travel insurance the full rental price must be paid. If you are not covered by travel insurance 50% of the rental price must be paid. If a new, for us acceptable, tenant can be found, up to 80% of the rental price will be refunded.

4. responsibilities/duties

   The tenant is responsible for the apartment, including it's inventory in the rental period. Any damages or otherwise must be reported immediately. Damages, etc. are in a number of cases covered by the tenant's travel insurance. User instructions are included in the apartment, and House Rules that are given by Portico Mar's administration, by Emma, must be followed.

5. No smoking

   Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.

6. Others

   Please send me an e-mail when the individual rental amounts are paid, and I will immediately confirm that the amount is received. When the final balance is paid, I will send you the directions from the airport of Alicante or Murcia, and give instructions as to how the handover of the keys will happen.
7. Important: Residents must contact Emma, on the first workday after arriving in Porico Mar, for the provision of ID cards. You will find her at the front desk in the Hall between the hours of. 9: 00 am and 9: 45. Other business hours are available at the reception
